How we estimate a bid.
We obtain the address & key code for the property in question by our clients. We then preform a walk-through of the home taking detailed before photos/video of all areas, from multiple angles. We note all damages & debris remaining in & around the property. We then e-mail a file of all findings to our clients with a final bid offer. Upon agreement or service. We will go back through the home marking with red tape anything specified by our client, that is to remain in the home. Then our journey begins getting your property ready for the market. Upon completion, we will go back through the home & property taking after photos/video ensuring work performed to our client satisfaction.

We do our best to keep our clients cost low by recycling, refurbishing or donating certain items that would normally be sent to the landfill.

There are two factors in the cost of each job:
Labor - Days & man power to complete job.
Disposal fees – Landfill fees and bio-hazard disposal.
